- Mane: Brush over to wrong side and comb with Hippo-King as Normal, than brush back
- Flip the mane back and shorten to desired length
- Tail: Lift the top hairs, doing 2-3 even strokes, leave the centre top hairs long.

Make sure you place the Hippo King right at the base of the neck/mane, then comb down!

Quick & easy to use
Found the Hippo King very efficient & effective in thinning my welsh cob X's very long & thick mane. Simple & easy to use & my mare didn't bat an eyelid when I used it. Very happy with the results!

Fantastic
The Equi-Safe Hippo King - it has done a fantastic job on my horses mane! Although he's a thoroughbred he had an abundance of wavy mane and hated having it pulled. After using the Hippo King it is now neat and tidy, and possible to plait. I'd thoroughly recommend this product.

Soooo easy!!
Like others I was sceptical it was as easy as the video showed. It is easier! I will never pull a mane again the old way as the horses don't worry about this at all. Great service from Martina and would recommend product and seller highly.
